I’ve had placed an order with this company three months ago not have received a package yet. They won’t answer my emails. They won’t return my money, nor get an answer from them

I ordered my daughter a pair of shoes for Christmas. Her only Christmas present because of how expensive they are. This store sent me a pair that were 2 sizes too big, and then when I asked about exchanging them, they told me for WEEKS that they would send a new pair and email me a new tracking number. I never received either. I emailed and followed up weekly, and they just kept saying they would send a new pair and never did. My daughter is so disappointed because I can’t afford a second pair, so we’re stuck with a giant pair that don’t fit her. It’s very upsetting.

Very disappointed. I wanted to cancel an order after l checked out as a guest Was told l had to create an account to do this. I tried to create an account it didn’t work. Stuck with an order l didn’t want. If l want to return them l have to pay shipping What a Mickey Mouse operation
